It’s a huge part of why I became a destination wedding photographer When I find myself in good company, whether that be a game night with friends or thrifting with my mom, I am documenting this in some way. It may not be aesthetic, it may not be perfect, but it’s real. It’s the little moments that make up the big moments, and it’s all so very dear to me. Clips of a friend blowing out their birthday candles, a screenshot of a sweet text, a photo of my dad during our Monday walks- all of these things are immensely significant. The art of remembering is so important, as are the people you spend your life with.

This business is extremely personal- I am a one-woman show. You’re trusting me to document the celebration of a lifetime. I want to get to know you, your family, your loved ones. I mean it. I want to spend your wedding weekend with you and your people! With all the chaos and all the laughter. By the time it’s your wedding day, I hope you feel like I’m just a friend with a camera. We’re all just hanging out after all!
